Shipping Policy:



1. Delivery Timeframe:
-Our shipping timing for orders DELIVERY vary within PAKISTAN from same day delivery to 5 working days or it will be informed on the order confirmation, any delays will be informed accordingly, or if not informed it may be because of no communication (Email /Phone) working or defined.



2. Delivery Fee:
- A delivery fee of Rs. 150 will be applied to each order.
- This fee covers the cost of packaging, handling, and transportation of the products.



3. Free Delivery:
- Orders with a total value of Rs. 2000/- or above will qualify for free delivery within Pakistan.
- The free delivery offer is applicable to all locations within Pakistan, including Karachi and other cities.



4. Shipment Confirmation :
- Once order is placed a confirmation email will be sent to you in which Order Number will be given. 

-We may also call and confirm your Order on the Provided Contact Number.


5. Address Verification:
- Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete.
- We are not responsible for delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address information.



6. Delivery Attempts:
- Our courier partner will attempt to deliver the package to the provided address.
- In case of an unsuccessful delivery attempt, a notice will be left for further instructions or rescheduling the delivery.
- It’s important to provide a contact number to facilitate smooth communication regarding delivery.



7. International Shipping:
- Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Our shipping services are limited to addresses within Pakistan.
